The day to day work will involve conducting research on machine learning and deep learning models, applying them to clinical settings and optimising them to deploy them in productions. These models will impact patients lives and need to be designed with extreme care, with good theoretical understanding, with rigorous development practices, with robust testing and performance auditing. Candidates with about eight to ten years of ML DL experience will be preferred.Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis for both image and tabular datasets.Handle batch correction for both image and tabular data to improve model performance.Handle multi-dimensional image data and develop segmentation pipelines to extract individual cells from images.Develop transformer-based architectures to handle unordered sequence of data.Design and implement pipelines with data parallelism and model parallelism.Perform any ad-hoc work as needed by the team (including training junior members, documentation, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning models into existing workflows.Proficiency in PyTorch Lightning and PyTorch for model development and training. Excellent coding skills for constructing and implementing ML/DL products are required.Hands-on experience in designing, training, and deploying advanced deep learning models. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
