AIML Lead

Responsibilities: 
 

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, focusing on GenAI-based applications. 
 

Utilize tools like Langchain or similar frameworks, working with multiple Large Language Models (LLMs), including Azure Open AI. 
 

Oversee NLP (Natural Language Processing) applications and projects. 
 

Work on document extraction technologies, including layout parsing, VQA, OCR, and related techniques (good to have at least 1 year of experience). 
 

Manage and lead a team of 4-5 or more AIML engineers, ensuring effective team collaboration. 
 

Implement and maintain Agile methodologies, creating and managing Jira boards (or similar tools) to track team efforts and project progress. 
 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions that meet business needs. 
 

Key Skills: 
 

Hands-on experience with GenAI-based applications using Langchain or similar frameworks. 
 

Strong experience with multiple LLMs, including Azure Open AI. 
 

Proven expertise in NLP applications. 
 

Experience with document extraction technologies, such as layout parsing, VQA, OCR. 
 

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams. 
 

Agile project management experience, including the ability to create and track Jira boards or similar tools. 
 

Qualifications: 
 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
 

7+ years of experience in AIML development and deployment. 
 

1+ years of experience with document extraction technologies (preferred). 
 

Proven track record of leading teams in an Agile environment. 
 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
