Al Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities

Define and articulate the Al vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals

Develop and maintain a roadmap of Al initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business impact and feasibility

Act as an Al evangelist within the organization, promoting the benefits and potential of Al technologies within the organization and with customers

Identify opportunities to apply Al technologies to solve business problems and drive value o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Al for innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage

Understand the current Al market trends, emerging technologies, and potential areas where Al can add value for customers

Analyze competitors' Al strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation. Partner with customers and industry leaders to co-develop Al solutions that address specific industry challenges

Offer customized Al solutions tailored to the unique needs of different customer segments

Provide technical guidance and support to the global teams, ensuring high standards of work and the effective implementation of Al solutions at scale and speed

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD is a plus

Experience

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Al, data science, or a related field

Proven track record of leading Al initiatives and launch successful ready production Al systems for customers

Extensive experience with Al technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
