Description

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum).
  • 5-8+ years of experience Oil and Gas- Upstream/ Midstream, Hydraulic Modelling & Simulations.
  • Experience with industry standard leak detection software packages preferably, Energy Solutions International/Emerson (PipelineManager), DNVGL (SPS), Schneider Electric (Simsuite), Atmos PIPE, etc.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical expertise in midstream operations, including knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Extensive Knowledge of SCADA systems, instrumentation, and process control.
  • Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability.
  • Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
  • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
  • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
  • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions.
  • One or two industry domain knowledge.
  • Client Interfacing skills.
