Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to the ETRM system (Allegro), ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Issue Resolution: Work closely with trading and risk management teams to identify, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the ETRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and running efficiently.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for the ETRM and related systems.
Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to ensure integration of ETRM systems with other systems and applications.
Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementing new ETRM system features and upgrades.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in supporting an ETRM system (Allegro, RightAngle, Endur).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more of the following: Visual Studio, C#.NET, SSRS, MS SQL Server, Oracle, IIS Management and Configuration, or ASP.NET.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
