Job Description:
An Amazon Connect Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and associated AWS services. The role involves creating customized customer engagement workflows, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring seamless voice, chat, and omnichannel communication experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Integration: Connect Amazon Connect with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex, S3, and third-party applications.
- Custom Workflows: Create and optimize contact flows, IVR systems, and chatbots for personalized customer interactions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure high availability and reliability of the contact center platform.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training for end-users.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AWS services, including Amazon Connect, Lambda, Lex, and DynamoDB.
- Strong knowledge of contact center operations and cloud telephony.
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Experience with API integration and automation workflows.
