  • The Amdoc’s lead position is responsible for actively participating in the grooming of new mobile biller solutions, reviewing/refining requirements, reviewing/refining designs, and reviewing reported testing issues for designation as defects or design gaps.
  • This position will leverage expertise in billing functions (ordering, billing, invoicing, taxation, etc.) to guide rapid design of solutions that are readily supportable by the operations teams.
  • This position is part of Billing Strategy and Design, and supports initiatives driven by the product team and billing operations.

 

Required Qualifications:

Ability to demonstrate lateral thinking required to solve complex technical problems

Ability to collaborate well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources

Deep knowledge of billing systems used by communications service providers

Deep knowledge of mobile products and services

Familiarity with internally developed ordering platforms integrated with a vendor billing system

Strong skills creating SQL queries

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle

Proficient use of personal computer and software application skills (i.e. Word, Excel, SQL Developer, Visio, etc.)

 

Related Work Experience Number of Years

Amdocs Ordering/Billing system experience minimum 3+ Years

Lead/Architect Experience recent desired

Minimum 8+ years of expertise
