Role & responsibilities:


 

As an Implementation Analyst, you play a key role in designing and supporting Sirion SaaS platform. In this role, you will cooperate with external and internal stakeholders such as Customer Success, Service Desk, Product and Engineering.



 

Preferred candidate profile:


 

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
  • Work independently on complex issues & identify solutions to resolve client requirements.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to Account Managers & internal users as needed.
  • Customise system based on clients needs and specifications. 5. Willing to work over weekends as required.
  • Should have strong problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven work experience (3-5 years) on SaaS based applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel/Word and understanding of internet technologies.
  • Work cross-functionally within the organisation to keep project deadlines on point.
  • Should be well versed with SDLC, Incident Management, Change Management process including Bug Tracking and Ticketing tools
  • Educational Qualification Required – Bachelors’ Degree or similar Degree/ Diploma. Preferred - B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA
  • At least 4 years (Analyst) of working experience in ERP implementation, supporting SAAS cloud applications.
  • Very good knowledge of technical Implementation & support - Strong communicator and have a friendly attitude.
  • Knowledge of handling complex user access module
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset - Experience in cloud-based Implementations, process adaptation & UAT
