Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics SME (Subject Matter Expert) to lead the analytics strategy for our global digital platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analytics, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across the globe to ensure that the platform’s analytics capabilities meet the diverse needs of a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy for the global digital platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Data Collection & Integration: Lead the design and implementation of data collection frameworks, ensuring that data from various sources is accurately captured, integrated, and made accessible for analysis.

Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics techniques, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling, to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from the data.

Dashboard & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into platform performance, user behavior, and other key metrics, tailored to the needs of global stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to identify analytics needs and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the platform by establishing and enforcing data governance policies and practices.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of the platform through analytics, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on analytics tools, best practices, and methodologies, fostering a data-driven culture.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest analytics trends, tools, and technologies, continuously improving the platform’s analytics capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with a strong focus on digital platforms and global projects.

Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI), as well as programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools, with a proven ability to create compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
