Job Description

Provides analytical support to developing therapeutic biologics. Analytical research and development activities will include literature searches, analytical method development, test procedure writing, analytical method qualification, method transfer, and supportive testing for cross departmental activities. Analyzes in-process samples from NextGen process development, cross-site samples and tech transfer samples. Possesses extensive knowledge for analyzing Protein/mAB quality attribute, i.e. peptide mapping, glycans, SEC, etc. Preferred techniques include UPLC, CE and LC-MS preferability with Waters BioAccord LC-MS system.

Must have: 5-7 years hands on experience with Analysis of Biomolecules, proteins, monoclonal antibodies, N-glycan analysis, Peptide mapping, UPLC, UPLC-MS.
