Ansible SWX and PowerShell SME

 Install, configure, and maintain DevSecOps and Containerized Applications.
Plan, design and perform Major upgrades of DevSecOps Platform and ecosystem Tools.
Devops tools like Ansible Tower, Enterprise CloudBees Jenkins, SonarQube Enterprise, Jfrog Artifactory and Xray - install and upgrade in latest version on RHEL / windows OS on on-prem, manage users, playbook, licenses and certificates, High availability with clustering(F5).
JFrog Artifactory – create repository like local, remote and virtual and upload artifacts, manage packages with artifacts and Xray.
Suggest improvements to underlying Infrastructure and propose design changes as necessary.
Maintain scripts for automation and DevSecOps tools operation support.
Apply Updates – Security patches and Vulnerability patches.
Troubleshoot Critical technical issues and perform RCA.
Support Compliance activities
Maintain and implement Disaster Recovery and support in restoration process as needed.
Monitor resource requirements for various application servers including attached Storage and Database resources in Nagios.
Support Web Single Sign-on (SAML) for each application
Generate and maintain metrics on DevOps and Containerized Application health and stability as well as end-user support responsiveness.
Manage password resets and certificates.
Coordinate recovery when outages occur.
Communicate with end-users during planned and unplanned outages.
Resolve Incident tickets from users in ServiceNow.
On-Call schedule support
Maintain and create documentation for users and administrators in various formats (Word, Excel, etc.)
