Job Title: APIGEE L3 Operation Lead

Location: WI, Wawatosa-53226/Onsite

 

Description:

  • Defining overall API architecture/implementations, integration and deployment of API management platforms and API security and Access control (SAML, Web SSO, SSL/TLS etc)
  • Hands on experience in Apigee Gateways, On-perm DC migration, Cloud migrations and cloud security
  • Experience in High availability, load balancing and failover environment setup, Build/patch/upgrade/Migrate Apigee environments and Decommissioning of Apigee, Active- Active, DR environment setup. 
  • Implementing API Best Practices and Performance Tuning
  • Set up Router-Message processor and other Apigee PoD for "To-Be” set up
  • Managing installation, configuration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quick resolution of problems of the most complex nature.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for all Apigee environments to ensure platform is highly available and production support Incidents/Service request/Changes and ensure SLAs are met
  • Expertise in troubleshooting, Environment health checks & Monitoring, installing tools and jobs for Apigee components and API using Various tool, Configuration management systems
  • Understand the Apigee port opening/Firewall configuration/Load Balancer configuration for onboarding the Business partner and Backend system for E2E communication
  • Understand current and future Topologies and set up the Future Apigee Topologies based on client requirements
  • Should have worked with Infra/Networking/Cybersecurity/Governance and Testing team for Apigee dependent setup and resolutions
  • Good understanding of RHEL, Shell scripting and performance testing/debugging the migration approaches
  • Having Development knowledge with Apigee will be added advantage
  • Help consumers and IT stakeholders by providing solutions for the issues reported in the platform
