  2. Customizing SPO forms and workflows
  3. Power Platform development experience
  4. Creating a document taxonomy
  5. Creating retention schedules
  6. Creating and using term stores
  7. 365 user security
  8. Secretary of State trusted system requirements
  9. Document Scanning experience is a plus.
