Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian applications with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with Appian best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Develop and implement APIs and web services for integration with external systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Associate Appian Developer certified.
- Proven experience as an Appian Developer with a strong understanding of the Appian platform and its capabilities.
- Proficiency in Appian development tools, including Appian Designer, Appian Records, and Appian RPA.
- Experience with BPM methodologies and best practices.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Senior Appian Developer certification or higher is a plus.
