o Overall 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Agile
o 2-3 years’ hands on experience with Appian Tool, with a focus on Appian Application and Appian
Interface design
o Understands fundamental web development concepts like navigation and pages
o Understands and communicates Appian Application Architecture.
o Constructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, and news feeds.
o Designs conceptual workflows and related actions.
o Works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather other requirements Prerequisites
o Translate the functional requirement to the Appian business flows with the help of Process
Models, Rules, CDTs , Web service Integration.
o Responsible for component development.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
