The Apple Pay Support Team leads operational onboarding and ongoing support of Wallet partners and maintains the day-to-day performance of the Apple Pay platform. Our team is responsible for the operational readiness, partner expansion and ongoing support of Apple Wallet features such as Apple Pay Classic, Access, Transit & Identity. 

We are offering a contractor role for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated candidate to support issue triaging, auditing, and ongoing production support for our Apple Pay acceptance partners. The candidate must be self-motivated and driven, cut through ambiguity, and approach problems flexibly. 

Required Skills 

•      Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

•      Ability to drive resolutions of issues in a self-motivated and autonomous way, while ensuring the best partner and customer experience.

•      Possesses natural curiosity and can effectively translate feedback into a clearly defined problem.

•      Concise written and verbal communication skills with proven experience influencing executives to drive decisions.

•      Familiarity with Sonar and management of requests in this tool (not required but a plus)
