Roles & Responsibilities

 

 

  • Work closely with team to resolve system issues and answer technical questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and system guides
  • Participate in the development and execution of test plans
  • Configure application integrations

 


Minimum Qualifications

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in application software support
  • Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows
  • Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API's integrations
  • Experience with asset management software applications such as, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Field Service (OFS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
