Job Description:

• Minimum of Seven (7) years of application development team lead experience in a mainframe environment.
• Minimum of Seven (7) years of RPG development experience.
• Minimum of Seven (7) years of relational database development experience
  • Prefer DB2 experience.
  • Experience must include understanding database system constraints, referential integrity, and database normalization.
• Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience with CLLE – command language.
• Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience with DDS – Interactive Screen, Menu, File and Report definitions.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring other application developers on resolving technical issues, using tools, completing project tasks, and using best practices.
• Experience in performing code reviews with other team members.
• Experience in collaborating with business users, project managers and technical architects.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience in working through every phase of the SDLC.
