Must haves:
           10+ Full stack experience (font v back end varies depending on the sprint and tasks assigned so need full stack)
           Java
           Spring Boot
           JavaScript (Vue/ react / angular) *VUE preferred
           Dashboard monitoring (Dynatrace, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana)
           Kubernetes/ Micro services/ Docker / Jenkins
Mongo
Kafka
           Bachelors degree
           Able to design solutions
           Code
           Doesn’t have to have been a lead but supported a lead
           Experience mentoring more Jr. developers
Nice to haves:
           Event Driven Architecture
           Event Streaming (Kafka preferred)
           No SQL/ graph DB- Mongo DB , Neo4J preferred
           DevOps
           CI/CD
           Post Gres
Day to Day:
Works with clients on projects  (ex_ ESI project)- bring in their pharma data via Kafka
This team is more engaged in product and client discussions, design and solutions and develop them
