Detail JD:

  • 4+ years of experience in Application Production Support in Unix / Microsoft platform.
  • Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill 
  • Good experience on application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Premetheus
  • Good experience in AutoSys / batch / control- M or any scheduling mechanism.
  • Good experience in DevOps CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc
  • Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)
  • Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.
  • Good experience in scripting / Automations
  • Well versed with ITIL - Incident Change Release management
  • Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat
  • Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Unix, Windows, MW, Database
  • Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.
  • Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.
