Application Security Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced application security architect with preferably with CISSP certificate and Network Security experience.

Below is the job description for this role;

· Translate advanced technology environments, organization structure and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions

· Assist in providing the vision, strategic direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions

· Support the Enterprise Architecture team by functioning as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for complex business and technical API based solutions

· Lead the strategy for Application Security across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

· Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization

· Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives across the enterprise landscape

· Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions

· Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams

· Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas

· Assist in the creation of new standards, policies, methodologies for current or emerging technologies

· Ensure applications adhere to established our client's standards, policies, methodologies, and industry best practices

· Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
