Application Support Analyst

Job Description

Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience working in .Net Web/API application support or development. 
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server (or similar RDBMS) with strong basic SQL skills.
Experience in Agile environment with JIRA boards, Confluence pages and scrum process.
Desirable to have payment or financial system application support, but not essential.
Highly desirable to have exposure to job scheduler and automation tools like Tidal/Visual Cron.
Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins & Octopus) process, Git, Bitbucket, Octopus.
Good understanding of Web API Application infrastructure – IIS, VPN, Proxy/Firewall, SQL Server, FTP/SFTP, HTTPS.
Highly desirable to have knowledge of C#.net or similar, PowerShell scripting, Excel, VBA and the ability to develop support tools.
Advantage to have exposure to Dashboards, Splunk or similar, AWS cloud environment.
