Should be able to understand ticket requirements and perform corrective action,

Push backs when required Should be able to work as an individual contributor

Should be aware of production support related roles and responsibilities Willingness of owning application level 3 support related activities

Should be hands on familiar with production support specific tools e.g Monitoring - AppDynamics, Splunk, Logic Monitor, Grafana, Datadog etc Issue tracking - ServiceNow, Jira, BMC remedy etc. KB - Confluence, any repository Technical hands-on - SQL,

Analytical skills, Hands-on on any programming language Good to have Insurance domain experience.
