Description

Expert knowledge of JavaScript, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, with 5+ years’ experience.
Proven experience in application support, help desk, or a similar role.
Working knowledge and utilization of SSRS and SSIS tools.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work with the Business Analysts and the Business to document and implement the processes that will meet the Business’s needs.
Experience working with internal and external API’s, to get the most efficiency out of our processes.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) boards, git repos, and pipelines.
Outstanding troubleshooting experience with applications and tools
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in order to get systems functioning.
