Job Description
1. Responsible for all L1 issues in supported Business Application
2. Well versed with Basics of SQL and UNIX.
3. Responsible for Incident Management
4. User Access Management
5. Responsible for sharing daily dashboards/Operational dashboards to higher management as and when asked.
6. Each support rep is responsible for shift handover required at the time of shift change.
7. Monitoring and Bug fixing for supported applications
8. Issue Tracking
9. Proficiency in the area of using Unix Commands. Rate them accordingly
Bachelor's degree
