Description

Application Support Engineer with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education to responsible for delivering and maintaining scalable and robust enterprise (JAVA / J2EE) applications, network, systems, and services with a heavy emphasis on application performance monitoring. Implement bug fixes and patches to both new and legacy parts of the platform. Will be working closely with Application and Infrastructure operations teams to provide monitoring platform support, metrics, events management, alerting, reporting and dashboards. Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them. Maintain exceptionally high standards of design and code quality at all times, including architectural, security and scalability standards and principles applied.
