Job Description:
-Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for .NET-based applications, including ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET WinForms.
- Investigate and troubleshoot software issues reported by users, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
-Debug application code to resolve the issue or share workaround
- Document all resolutions into SOP/KEDB
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Problem management and root cause analysis of recurring tickets
- Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.
-Proactively identify areas for improvement in application performance, reliability, and user experience. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related field.
-Proven experience (5-7 years) as an Application Support Engineer or similar role in a .NET environment.
-Strong knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET Web Forms, and .NET WinForms development with Oracle & SQL Server DB skills.
-Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and techniques for diagnosing software issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
-Knowledge on SharePoint, DWH, Python is a plus
