Description

This position will be supporting a third party payments application. Candidates will be providing application support, vendor management, and developing documentation of procedures in this role. Candidates will be performing break fix and troubleshooting tasks, running test scripts to assess environment health, initiating bridge calls and working across internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment with a rotating on call schedule.

Technical Requirements:

Application support experience of third party payments systems

Experience supporting Windows and Linux OS environments

Experience supporting SQL, MySQL or Oracle databases

Experience working with monitoring tools (ex: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Datadog, etc)

Experience performing scheduling tasks using Autosys or similar tool

Mobile application experience (iOS or Android)

Experience using Remedy or similar ITIL tool
