Job Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Mandates:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of OTT and e-commerce platforms
• Experience with troubleshooting logs
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools

Good-to-have:
• Knowledge of operating systems (Linux /Windows/SQL)
• Knowledge of AWS

Notice period: Immediate Joiners/Serving Notice period/ 30 days
