Description

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 1 to 4 years of IT experience is required
• Experience with Reliability domain, analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues/ problems involving applications, system hardware, third party software and operating system software is required. Ability to communicate
• Strong Problem Investigation experience and trouble-shooting skills with a sense of accountability, end-to-end ownership to lead the team is required. Ability to communicate
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and to communicate solutions with all partners is required
• Solid understanding of application infrastructure, database, and operating systems required
• Strong verbal & written communication skills required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Application Support/Operations is preferred.
• Robust understanding and expertise in ITIL processes (especially incident and problem management) is preferred
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification is preferred
• Software Development and SDLC experience with ability to debug software, general knowledge of servers, databases and networks is preferred
• Experience supporting or implementing Software As A Service (SaaS) applications is preferred
• Able to Lead the Automation Strategy and understand automation capabilities is preferred
• Strong Data Trending and Data Analysis skills with ability to create insights, identify and manage reliability risks is preferred
• Strong verbal & written communication skills required
• Experienced in collaboratively handling diverse relationships across geography and culture required and working with multiple vendor partners preferred
• GxP knowledge is preferred
