We are looking for an Amazing: Application Support

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid from Oporto. Candidates must be in Portugal already!

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Fluency in English;
• At least 4 years of IT experience, 3 of which in technical support Proven;
•  Experience in SQL Programming Language Experience in scripting languages (Powershell/Shell Scripting);
•  Experience in incident resolution and problem management (ITIL is a plus);
•  Professional experience in Windows and/or Linux infrastructures;
•  Knowledge of C# and JAVA programming languages (Nice-to-have) ;
• Based in Porto;
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.
