Applications Developer- C# Excel, VBA, SQL

Developer 2:

· Must skills: C# Excel, VBA, SQL. Knowledge of Fixed income products (rates preferred) Experience working on fixed income application s. Emerging Markets and Rates business knowledge is a huge plus. At least knowledge of fixed income products. Will manage pricing and risk management applications. Worked closely with traders, provided support on a regular basis, collected business requirements

• Responsible for all stages of the project: collecting business requirements, creating specifications, designing, testing and implementing
• Ability meet tight deadlines. Provided Level 3 support
• Work with business and technology leads to deliver best in class technology solutions that meet business requirements for both existing and new Product propositions.
• Ensuring minimum architectural / coding standards are adhered to with regards to scalability, security, infrastructure, tooling etc.
• Develop close and effective working relationships with other members of the Capital Markets IT Leadership team to ensure common understanding of critical issues and help drive effective responses.
• Help to drive transformation of ways of working across Capital Markets IT through maturing Agile Ways of Working and DevOps methods & tools.
• Support the Capital markets business to adopt the agile methodology ensuring that high quality and innovative technical solutions are delivered
• Comply with a robust and efficient control environment across the department

• Experience in the Capital Markets space particularly primary markets
• Has faced off to MD level stakeholders within IT and the Business
• Knowledge of Production Support processes and procedures as required (for Tier 1 and Critical services in US)
• Familiarity with Incident / Problem / Change and Release Management procedures.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently (role will work potentially require working across several applications in parallel)
• Operational Resilience: Have shown strong ability to adapt and operate through disruptive change. Agile critical thinker able to lead through change at pace and with resilience.
