Applications Development Analyst

Experience:
Web-based application development with ArcGIS Enterprise.
Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Portal management.
SQL Server and Geodatabase management.
ArcGIS for Desktop and Extensions, ArcGIS Pro and Extensions.
Documentation and metadata maintenance.
Familiarity with MERN stack, .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, or Angular.
Cloud solutions and web-based ArcGIS APIs.

Primary Job Duties/Tasks:
Assist in GIS System of Engagement (SoE) development for cloud solutions.
Support AASHTOWare systems maintenance and upgrades.
Optimize processes, applications, and legacy systems.
Gather business requirements and provide technical support.
Provide GIS support to FDOT Central Office and Districts.
Technical support for ArcGIS Online, ArcMap, ArcGIS PRO, and AASHTOWare.
Installation and management of ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise Environments.
Perform technical assignments for Application Services.

Job Specific KSAs:
GIS Data Management and metadata maintenance.
Customer interaction for GIS solutions.
Installation and configuration of Esri software.
Knowledge of MERN stack is desirable.
Coordination with Transportation Technology Office.
SDE Geodatabase design and management.
Troubleshooting web application issues.
Technology and functional upgrades of GIS software.
Migration of applications to GIS Enterprise platform.
Creation, publication, and sharing of map and data services.
Regular health checks on Portal content and web mapping sites.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
