The Application Integration Engineer is a key member of the End User Computing team within the Enterprise Platforms group and will serve in a variety of roles under the direction of End User Computing Team Lead. The primary role is to engineer and provide support for third-level application and desktop platforms.


Technical Skills

Substantial in-depth knowledge and experience with legal applications, such as iManage Work10 and Desksite 9.x; Litera Desktop suite including Litera Compare, Innova, and Contract Companion tools; IntApp Time; Adobe Acrobat DC.
Substantial in-depth knowledge and experience with collaboration software in a virtual environment including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx and Jabber.
Substantial experience with Ivanti User Workspace Manager (Environment Manager and Application Manager) or similar profile management tools.
Solid technical working knowledge of business applications and operating systems including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016+, Microsoft 365, Google Chrome browser.
Microsoft Office 2016+ development skills and experience working with add-ins, toolbar customization, etc.
Primary technical responsibility is third-level application integration and support with key tasks of profiling, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications and software in the various end-user environments (Citrix virtual desktop, Citrix XenApp, and local operating system)
Substantial knowledge of configuring and supporting group policy (GPO/GPP) and Active Directory.
Experience with SCCM 2016+, InTune, and JAMF.
Application packaging of various formats (EXE, MSI, MSIX).
Scripting skills are a must in PowerShell.


Responsibilities

Design, test, and package software applications and work with team lead to integrate and test applications within all environments, including maintaining meticulous documentation of all managed systems.
Enforce procedures as they relate to technical change management, patch management, and core systems monitoring.
Advanced troubleshooting of multi-tiered virtual/physical systems, applications, and patches.
Analyze and understand user feedback and assist with resolution of escalated incidents and participate in problem management activities.
Work in concert with other members of the IT Department to solve more complex user technical problems related to desktop computing and applications, including collaboration with other teams, including IT Support, Infrastructure, Security, and other related groups.
Work with vendors to develop and maintain current standards of performance and to troubleshoot issues.
Cross-train other IT staff in the use or maintenance of technology and prepares technical documentation.


Qualifications

4-year degree preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience.
Relevant Microsoft certification is highly regarded.
