Role and Responsibility
1. Operational, Integration, Build and Manage Support
2. Create and maintain documentation, including solution requirements specifications, application configuration and operational runbooks
3. Support in systems integration, webservices, backend infrastructure, cloud security, and build / release engineering
4. Support build, manage, automate and administer applications, tools and services
5. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
6. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of inefficiency and develop recommendations to bridge these gaps
7. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
8. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
o Customer support and ticket tracking/resolution
o Participate customer facing support
o Create, update and complete support tickets and Jira's
Must Have:
o PowerShell
o SQL scripts (creation and modification)
o SQL Reporting
o Identity Management software and process
o Active Directory
o Server Management and Troubleshooting
