Appway Senior Developer

Role: Appway Senior Developer
Location: Jacksonville, FL or NYC (Onsite 3 days a week), preference would be for this role to be in JAX
Duration: Contract to hire, this position would start with 6 months to 1 year as a contract then move to a Full-Time position with the Client
Experience: Financial services background with experience in Banking / Investment Platforms. Min 5 years experience
Program Background:
Design, develop, and maintain Appway (FNZ Studio) applications, including integrations with backend services and technical systems.
Utilize various programming languages and web technologies (Java, JavaScript, Appway Scripting Language, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS) to deliver solutions on the Appway platform.
Ensure application designs are consistent with industry best practices including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Appway Studio application development, including configuration, integration, and customization of complex environments. Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions for business processes in a collaborative and agile environment.
Required Skills:
Appway Professional Developer Certification or certifications in related BPM technologies
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript and related web technologies, and database scripting languages.
Knowledge of Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, TeamCity, GitHub, Confluence)
Able to speak directly to end users/front office, would need to be able to do the dev work and speak the front office lingo.
