Contractor - AR Operations Analyst - Billing 

*** is looking for an organized, motivated, and highly detail-oriented AR Operations Analyst - Billing for its Accounting team. The Analyst will perform a key role in managing the daily responsibilities for our billing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent organization, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability and working with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Create *** Inc. Invoices & credit memo requests in our ERP system Oracle. 

- Assist with other entities Invoicing as needed.

- Conduct account research and analysis on errors.

- Work closely with *** Stakeholders on ensuring data is received on a timely basis.

- Assist with audit related questions and SOX workbooks.
- Other AR Related projects that arise. 


Experience And Skills
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
1-2+ years of AR/Billing experience in a similar high-growth environment
Oracle GL Accounting system experience (or similar ERP)
Experience managing high volume of multiple billing types including usage-based and revenue deferrals
Billing for international entities 
Tax related billing experience
Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.) and experience working with large amounts of data
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a must
