- Define Architecture for mid-sized type of project.
- Design the technical framework and implement the same.

- 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementation experience (including guiding the design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and hands-on configuration of the Dynamics 365 CRM application) and 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations experience are key to this role.
- Responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM engagements including developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics 365 CRM, implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.
- Effective client-facing interpersonal skills; comfortable and effective acting as liaison between multiple technology groups and representing groups in large scale meetings.
