Ariba/SAP Trainer

Hello Atif, I have a role I can use some help on. It's a backfill for a candidate of mine that put in his 2 weeks' notice today. Need training experience on Ariba On Demand some kind of SAP training experience. SAP S/4 Hana training experience would be a plus but not required. Create training materials. Video creation experience would be great. Setting up champion programs. Facilitating champion forums. Good documentation skills. Creating SharePoint sites. Must be local to the Washington, DC Metro area and have the flexibility to deliver trainings.  The items I've bolded are all absolutely required. I'll make the manager flex on the other items. Max pay should be $75/hr. c2c but I'll get up to $80/hr. c2c approved as this is a strategic placement since it is a backfill. This role requires expertise in Ariba On Demand Classic Buying, along with some SAP training experience. SAP S/4 Hana experience is a plus but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, with a preference for individuals experienced in video creation. In addition, this role involves setting up champion programs, facilitating champion forums, and exhibiting strong documentation skills. The ability to create SharePoint sites is also essential for this position. Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs with a focus on Ariba On Demand Classic Buying and other SAP products. Utilize expertise in SAP S/4 Hana (preferred) and demonstrate proficiency in creating training materials. Leverage video creation skills to enhance the training experience for end-users. Establish and manage champion programs to promote continuous learning and skill development. Facilitate champion forums to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among champions. Demonstrate strong documentation skills in creating and maintaining training records and materials. Create and manage SharePoint sites for effective information sharing and collaboration. Ensure flexibility in delivering training sessions and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization. Qualifications: Proven experience in Ariba On Demand Classic Buying and SAP training. Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana (a plus, but not required). Ability to create comprehensive training materials and deliver engaging training sessions. Experience in video creation for training purposes. Previous involvement in setting up and managing champion programs. Strong facilitation skills for champion forums. Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in creating and managing SharePoint sites. Flexibility to deliver training sessions based on organizational requirements. Must be located in the DC Metro area.
