Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Define the overall AI strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
• Design and architect secure, high-performance AI infrastructure on cloud platforms or on-premises environments.
• Select and implement appropriate AI frameworks and algorithms for specific business use cases.
• Lead and collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to develop, test, and deploy AI models.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Advocate for and implement responsible AI practices, considering ethical implications and potential biases.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems and architectures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Proven experience with leading AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and programming languages (Python, R).
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or on-premises infrastructure for AI deployments (a plus).
• Strong understanding of system design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking mindset.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Professional certifications in AI or machine learning (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Certified Professional Cloud Machine Learning Engineer)
