Technical Skills:

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies.

• Monitor customer feedback and analyse customer data.

• Identify areas for improvement in customer experience.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and technologies and applying this knowledge to improve customer experience.

• Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in customer service, including chatbots, machine learning, and natural language processing.

• Ensuring that AI-driven customer interactions comply with privacy and data security regulations

• First level university degree or equivalent experience required. May have advanced university degree.

• Typically 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0 -2 years of people management experience.

Must have
