• Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
• Work with the Service Manager in process improvement initiatives as directed by the service
• Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
• Should be proficient with iSeries with experience in RPGLE, SQL, CL, COBOL.
• Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment


Top 3 Must Haves:

1. AS400 ILE concepts, Hands on experience
2. With Modernization/SQL/MQ/IDE/ILE/Web Services etc.
3. RxClaim experience is plus

Required Skills:

· Strong RPGLE and CL skills
· Embedded SQL in both RCGLE and CL
· Strong hands-on experience in DB2/400, SQL/400, Query/400, and Query Manager Query
· Experience with DDS, PF, LF, and DFU
· Experience with SEU, RLU, and SDA
· Experience with AS400 ROBOT scheduler
· Experience with AS400 ACMS change management
· Experience with IBM Client Access for Windows and iSeries Navigator
· Experienced in OS/400 system administration functions: JOBS, MQ, OUTQ, Spool Files, FTP, User Profiles


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks
• Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution
• Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
• Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
• Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
