AS400 Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 4-5 members within the Core Banking Deposit domain.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of team outputs across Business-As-Usual (BAU), enhancements, and project initiatives.
Oversee team financial management to balance project funding with resource spending effectively.
Conduct technical and implementation reviews to ensure all deliverables meet team standards and quality expectations.
Key Requirements:

Experience: Over 10 years in AS400 system development and experience with project and change implementations in the financial industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in RPG/ILE and AS400 CL.
SIBS Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), specifically in core banking deposits.
Analytical Skills: Strong application analysis, design, system integration, and code review abilities within the SIBS Deposit environment.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and influence a team with a resilient mindset.
Independence: Ability to work independently, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
