Job Description
"Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of a broker portal, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry trends.
2. Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design the portal's technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
3. Software Development: Participate in hands-on development, including back-end and front-end components, and oversee the development team in coding .NET applications, APIs, and user interfaces.
4. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the portal's functionality, security, and performance meet quality standards through thorough testing and continuous integration.
5. Code Review and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure knowledge transfer among the development team members.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, development plans, code repositories, and technical configurations.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders, project teams, and executives, ensuring alignment and understanding of development progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development and technical leadership, particularly in .NET technologies.
- Strong knowledge of .NET technologies, including ASP.NET

Core, and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience in database design and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
