Assembler

Job Description

 

• Assembles components, sub-assemblies, and piece parts to Massey Ferguson compact utility equipment.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently use hand tools such as: torque wrenches, run down guns, sockets, hammers, pry bars, screw drivers, electric hoists, and other misc. tools.
• Must be able to learn remember and follow standard work instructions taught from trained assemblers and from documented assembly processes.
• Must be able to wear proper safety protective equipment and always put safety first when performing assembly processes.
• Must learn and be proficient at multiple assembly stations.
• Must have good communication skills to successfully work with peers, supervisors, and other employees at the site.
• Must have the flexibility to work daily and weekend overtime when needed.
