Asset Management Analyst

Profile: Analyst that has worked in a similar-sized organization providing user support for server, hardware and software challenges. Additionally, this person will be tasked with asset management duties such as procuring equipment and maintaining inventory and process around ensuring equipment's return, etc.

About The Role

This position is based in our Reston, VA office and is full-time onsite. The Asset Management Analyst position involves aggregating a detailed inventory of software and hardware assets. Utilizing the information gathered to assist with decisions concerning Technology-related purchases and redistribution of those assets to the organization. Supporting the organization in eliminating waste and increasing efficiency by making the best use of existing asset resources. Analyzing and evaluating Enterprise-wide tools to ensure a cohesive approach to utilization within the technology space. Ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and efficient utilization of assets. Including procuring equipment and maintaining inventory and processes around ensuring the equipment's return (e.g., reclamation). Providing a high level of support to our internal customers when responding to ticket requests and incidents
