We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in India

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits Management:

o Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organizations strategic objectives

o Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the competitiveness of the compensation packages

o Provide guidance on salary structures, incentive programs, and other benefits to ensure employee satisfaction and retention

Performance Management Systems (PMS):

o Lead the design and implementation of an effective Performance Management System

o Collaborate with HR and business leaders to establish performance goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and appraisal processes

o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the PMS, recommending improvements as needed

RFP Management:

o Manage the end-to-end process of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
related to compensation and benefits services

o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for RFPs

o Evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and make recommendations for vendor selection

Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Utilize data analytics to assess the impact
and effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs

o Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends

o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Compliance:

o Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations in India, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs remain compliant

o Partner with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory changes and ensure adherence

Employee Communication and Education:

o Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs

o Conduct training sessions to ensure that employees understand the value and utilization of their benefits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Maste s degree would be preferred
  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits, with a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and market trends
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective Performance Management Systems
  • Previous involvement in managing RFPs from Clients Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
