Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of HRIS, including system maintenance, user account management, and data integrity to ensure smooth user experience.
Work closely with HR users, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective HRIS integrations and data flow between systems.
Identify areas for process improvement within HRIS and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Assist in HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS policies, procedures, and configurations for compliance and reference.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports to monitor HR metrics and system performance, providing insights for decision-making.
Provide training and support to HR users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
Ensure adherence to HR compliance and data privacy regulations in all HRIS operations.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in HRIS management or support, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Kronos or similar) is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting HR metrics and related tools
Strong analytical and communication skills; be an active team player and well-organized and detail-minded.
Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
