Short Role Summary:

The role of Assistant Manager-Business Support is to lead and manage the division to contribute to the profitability of Teams by successfully achieving target, driving engagement activities, candidate engagement and client service excellence.


Job Responsibilities:

Manage & support a team of engagement Consultants with candidate care management activities.
Represent the brand PERSOLKELLY with the utmost integrity and professionalism – demonstrating speed of response, quality delivery and engagement and human resource expertise.
Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients and candidate’s engagement, delivering excellent service
Retention and welfare of Temporary Employees - manage the active headcounts and completions, queries, salaries, assignment and issues.
Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in DEX.
Maintain and ensure all Temporary Employees documentation such as contract, time sheet, salary is updated, timely and accurate.
Achieve and excel in Service Delivery SOP.


Job Requirements:

At least must have Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Min at least 4-5 years in supervisory role in sales or recruitment industry.
English Language fluency – spoken and written.
High level service delivery skills
High levels of diplomacy and tact.
Proficiency in MS Office.
