Description

Main responsibilities will include the following core responsibilities:

  • Lead, optimize and coach Agile Release Trains (ART)
  • Assist Solution Train Engineer manager during the release cycle, and drive all kinds of necessary delivery activity
  • Leading and improving the flow of value through the ART
  • Monitor, support in managing risks and raise impediments
  • Support ART to deliver the committed changes e.g. help in formalizing SIT Test Strategy and Scenarios, coordinating and steering of end to end SIT across the CoC applications
  • Supporting market UAT, follow up open issues/items/bugs/changes that are identified while UAT as well as ensuring the deployment readiness
  • Plan and facilitate PI planning by encouraging continuous exploration that drives direction for a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post PI Planning meeting
  • Identify dependencies, ensure the alignment for integration and monitor, track the topics
  • Providing input and support on resource to mitigate critical bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with rollout managers to maintain positive program rollout
  • Manage program KPIs and support in measuring program success in collaboration with the product teams

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise level technology organization in roles of either Project Management or Integration Management or Release Manager or Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
  • Experience in ALM tools like Jira, Confluence
  • Experience with Agile methodology like Kanban, Scrum, SAFe
  • Any organizational change management experience would be an added advantage
  • Any Scaled Agile certification like SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer would be an added advantage
  • Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Agile Principles and how they are applied in a workplace culture
  • Strong facilitation, flexibility with the ability to adapt to change
  • Experience in leading teams through analysis and resolution of program issues
  • Leadership skills in driving all phases of a release from concept to plan to execution to completion
  • High enthusiasm and motivation to work in a pressure and agile transformation environment
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with business users, management and IT teams
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
  • Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
